Marc Lehoullier

LEED Accredited Professional

 

 

Marc is the recipient of several Project of the Year awards, and recently spearheaded the registration and LEED certification of a fit up for the RMV in Massachusetts.

 

As a volunteer, he is the LEED AP consultant for the Greater Nashua YMCA assisting the Y in its efforts to reduce its carbon footprint for its new $7 million facility by recommending Green Building and sustainable design and construction techniques & utilizing the guidelines set forth by the USGBC, the only universally recognized third party certifying body for high performance, energy efficient buildings.

 

His past projects range from historical commercial renovations, commercial ground up, retail, multi and single family developments.  Recent projects include 8 School renovations and expansion for the Salem School District, 7 building College Dormatories and expansion and renovations for an Ice Hockey Rink, Sports Medicine complex. He has been involved in countless site approvals and redevelopments including Brownfield sites, unsuitable soils conditions, unusual foundation systems, wetlands and historical conditions.

 

 Marc combines this knowledge with current design techniques to provide a unique approach to modern planning and project management that is both cost effective and environmentally sensitive.

Ed joined Summit Advisors in 2008 and brings 45 years of real estate development expertise to your project.  Having assembled some of the largest development parcels in the state of NH, Ed provides a technical and more importantly, practical insight not found in any other firm. His mark is on many commercial, industrial and residential developments throughout southern NH.

 

Ed was the first developer to receive town approval for an over 55 Senior Housing development in Hollis and has received countless accolades for his sensitivity to the rural character and particular quality of this project. He is currently involved in another landmark project in Hollis which will be the first to follow the guidelines set forth in the new Workforce Housing legislative initiative in NH.
